How to set up vCard Wallet

The Novas App, includes a Virtual Card or vCard Wallet that allows you to present your mobile phone to compatible card readers. 

The invite for the 5dkey vCard wallet will be generated by your property manager who will also configure the doors and times where this virtual building access card works. 

Please follow the instructions on the invite email. 

1) If the credential is end user billed start by logging into https://5dkey.com, on a laptop, PC or tablet with your invited email address, then click on my credentials and subscribe. 
2) Download the Novas app from Apple or Google Play stores. 
3) On the Novas app quick start home page click on set up vCard wallet. If you already have the app installed and configured, click menu up top left, then vCard Wallet bottom of list. 

4) Log in with your invited email address. If this is your first log in, 5dkey will send you a verification code. 

5) Enter the verification code and then confirm a password. 

5dkey will now log in and configure your wallet with your assigned building vCard. Please wait a few moments for this to occur. 

Please NOTE: You must have the app running in the foreground or background with Bluetooth enabled. Present your phone, locked or unlocked to compatible card readers.
